Once you have logged into Cloudfare you will need to choose the icon that says DNS as shown below.

After you have clicked the DNS icon you will then need to choose CNAME from the drop down in the following screen. In the first field enter ads.adm and in your second field enter ads.admailr.com then click the orange cloud to make sure proxy is off. This will turn the cloud gray then select the Add Record button.

Once you have added that record you will need to then enter sm.adm in the first field and sm.admailr.com in the second field then click the orange cloud to make sure proxy is off. This will turn the cloud gray then select the Add Record button.

Once you have added that record then you will need to add one final record. In the first field enter sm1.adm and in the second field enter sm1.admailr.com then click the orange cloud to make sure proxy is off. This will turn the cloud gray then select the Add Record button.

One you are done with this step you can Add your URLs to the URL manager within your publisher account.

Thats it! You're done. That wasn't so hard was it? Let us know if you have any questions. Please note that you will need to wait 24 hours before you can use these newly generated CNAME records.
