Linking My Advertiser Account to My Publisher Account for My Private Marketplace

How to link your Advertiser and Publisher accounts to enable Private Marketplace access in Admailr.

What is the Admailr Private Marketplace?

The Admailr Private Marketplace allows publishers (newsletter and content owners) to manage and run ads inside their own email publications.

To access these Private Marketplace features, your Admailr Publisher account must be linked to your Admailr Advertiser account.

Prerequisites

You must have both of the following before linking:

  • Admailr Advertiser Account

    • Admailr Advertiser Account. If you don’t have one click here to register.

  • Admailr Publisher Account

    • Admailr Publisher Account. If you don’t have one click here to register.


How to Link Your Accounts

1. Log in to your Publisher account

From your dashboard:

  • Go to Preferences

  • Click Connect Advertiser

2. Enter Your Advertiser Email

Type in the email address associated with your Advertiser account and click Connect.

Note: If you see the message “No advertiser with this email address.”, it means there is no Advertiser account under that email yet, you’ll need to register one before continuing.

Note: An Advertiser account is needed to upload your creatives to tie to your orders. These creatives will only be seen by the publisher account linked on this page.

Why an Advertiser account is needed:

  • It’s used to upload your creatives (banners)

  • Only the linked Publisher account can access and use those ads

Email Confirmation Process

Once you enter the email address:

  • A confirmation email is sent to your Advertiser account

  • The subject line will be: “Connection with Publisher’s account”

  • Click the link in that email — it will direct you to the Advertiser login screen

  • Log in to approve the connection

You will also see a banner in your Publisher dashboard that says:
“Confirmation email sent to the Advertiser account. Once confirmed your account will be connected.”

Didn’t Receive the Email?

If no confirmation email arrives:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Or click Resend to receive a new link. 

Connection Approval

Once the Advertiser approves:

  • The Publisher account will display a success pop-up:
    “You have successfully connected with Publisher”

  • A confirmation email will also be sent to the Advertiser

  • The connection status will change to Active

Disconnecting Later (Optional)

If you ever need to stop the connection, just click Disable under the Action column.
